Latest Farmer CanePro Update:

Recent updates over have included changes, and many features are now more similar to the Paradox Farmer 4.7 version.

We have “How To” documentation on the various modules to assist users on the basic functions, and this can be viewed HERE.

Changes include:

New Materials module

Change to daywork form on Sundays (day off) and Public Holidays –normal working hours is captured under what used to be called “Normal Time” for both DayOff and Public holidays, and additional overtime can now be captured.

• Right click on employee icon – new and improved menu options
• Changes to the multiple daily entry form, and daily activity form
• Added Next and Prev Day to the DayWork capture form
• Added the “Show Day-off column in Daywork Form”
• New delivery reports (date period)
• Fuel tank balances and current estimate data is displayed at the bottom of the calendar

• Delivery Import now imports vehicle details as well
• Material item unit cost
• Absa Bank electronic upload file now has option to choose release date
• When closing fields, current or original estimate as entered in estimates are updated

• Deliveries : Option in delivery import which now allows you to import the consignment with quality details from the SASA File, but ignores field number (which you may have corrected).
• Loans / incomes and deductions appear on the menu in payrun under custom reports.
• Pay method added to payslip
• Sick leave balance calculation updated – now cycle method looks at days per annum for the first 6 months of employment and then looks at days in a 3 year cycle thereafter.
• Materials summary report
• Public holidays for 2010 entered
• Menu simplified e.g duplicates removed and made neater
• Material transactions store and item combination: Now warns if non fuel item applied to stores that are tanks
• Reports>Other EmployeeReports>Loan balances – report fixed.
• Union co op export file fixed
• New option under Incomes set up screen – tick to exclude income from UIF calculation.
• Fixes to browser sheet entry.
• Estimate export…original tons corrected.
• Multiple daily entries request – employees are still visible after each time that day work has been created.

• Warning pop-up when a vehicle has done X mileage and needs to be serviced.
