Support SQR Software offers a complete support contract and all our existing clients make full use of this service. Dedicated support staff provide email and telephonic support through our help desk. In addition we make extensive use of VPN and remote connectivity to afford our software engineers direct access to client databases. This ensures problems, changes and updates are resolved immediately with little input from the client. Estate CanePro Support Considering the remoteness of many of the CanePro sites we have put a lot of effort into making CanePro's administration straight forward. This is made possible by SQL Server's powerful automated database maintenance options. A database can be backed up automatically (using SQL Server Agent) to a folder which is then backed up using the normal back-up procedure that backs up user data. Database integrity checks, and re-indexing can be scheduled to run automatically at any interval. SQL Server can be configured to automatically send e-mails to operators should there be any alerts. E-mail can be sent to a SQL Server MAPI account that can manipulate the database without any user intervention required on site. |
