Estate CanePro Support
Estate CanePro Support Considering the remoteness of many of the CanePro sites we have put a lot of effort into making CanePro's administration straight forward. This is made possible by SQL Server's powerful automated database maintenance options.
A database can be backed up automatically (using SQL Server Agent) to a folder which is then backed up using the normal back-up procedure that backs up user data.
Database integrity checks, and re-indexing can be scheduled to run automatically at any interval. SQL Server can be configured to automatically send e-mails to operators should there be any alerts. E-mail can be sent to a SQL Server MAPI account that can manipulate the database without any user intervention required on site.
